INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MINUSEY ships all international orders for free that exceed $100 (USD)*. Please refer to CURRENCY CONVERTER for currency conversion to other currencies such as Euros. For orders under $100, standard flat shipping charge of $15 is charged. Normal delivery takes between 2 to 7 business days since the order is processed (normally 24-72 hours) depending on the region. All orders are provided with a tracking number and shipping confirmation and tracking information are notified through email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITION
 
All international orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
 
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.
 
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
 
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the MINUSEY website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.
 
If you refuse a shipment from MINUSEY, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MINUSEY. POSSIBLE DELAYS
 
Normal delivery takes from 3 to 6 business days after the order is processed depending on the region. Please allow maximum 2 days for the order to be processed. However, in some cases, it may take up to a week when the item is delayed in production. In which case, a customer will be notified through an email. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
 
 
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
 
If you refuse a shipment from MINUSEY, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MINUSEY. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
